1. Log (Example: For a college class, note the days you went to class. “It was 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 11/24, 12/1 and 12/8 from 6PM to 9:50PM”)

2. Posted Evidence (Example: For a college class, take a photo of your transcript and upload it).

3. Complete the LIA:

 

Literal

(a) Statement saying: “I, student name, affirm that I completed my independent component which represents 30 hours of work.” 

(b) Explanation of what you completed.

 
Interpretive

Defend your work and explain how the significant parts of your component and how it demonstrates 30 hours of work.

 
Applied

How did it help you answer your EQ?  Be specific and use examples.
